Step 5: Start collecting reviews. Ask every customer, every time.

1. Get your review link and QR card

Use our free review link generator to get your direct link, a QR code and a print-ready counter card. Growth and Pro customers also get a physical NFC tap-to-review card in the mail.

2. Give us access to your Google Business Profile (Growth & Pro)

1. Go to business.google.com and open your profile (or search your business name on Google while signed in).
2. Click the ⋮ menu → Business Profile settings → Managers → Add.
3. Enter sales@aethely.com, choose Manager and send the invite. You stay the owner and can remove us any time.

3. The ask-every-customer routine

• At the end of each job or visit: “If you were happy, a quick Google review would really help us.” Hand over the card or text the link.
• Growth and Pro send an automatic review-request text after each job — just tell us how you want to trigger it (we’ll connect your booking or invoicing tool, or you forward us a daily list).
• Never offer discounts or gifts for reviews, and ask everyone, not just happy customers — that keeps you inside Google’s rules.

4. Reply to reviews

Thank people by name. For a bad review, stay calm, apologise and offer to fix it offline. On Pro we write and post review replies for you.
