What is a digital business card?
A digital business card (also called a virtual business card) is your contact details on a page people open with a tap or a scan. It holds your photo, phone, email, website, socials and booking link — and they can save you to their contacts in one tap. Unlike paper, you can update it any time and it never runs out.

QR code business card
Every card comes with a QR code you can download and print on flyers, your counter, your truck or a paper card.
Digital business card questions
Are digital business cards free?
Yes. Making, sharing and updating your digital business card on Aethely is free, with no sign-up. Printed NFC cards are optional and delivery charges apply.
Do people need an app to see my card?
No. Your card opens in any phone’s web browser from the link, QR code or NFC tap. There’s nothing to download.
How do I make a digital business card?
Add your name and photos, pick a theme and colour, add your contact details and press “Create my card”. You get a link, a QR code and a private edit link straight away.
What is an NFC business card?
A card with a small chip inside. When someone taps it with their phone, your digital business card opens. The QR code on the back covers phones that don’t tap.
Can I use my own NFC tag or card?
Yes. Write your card link to any blank NFC tag with a free NFC writer app. Or order a printed card from us and we program it for you.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Modern iPhones and Android phones read NFC, and every phone camera can scan the QR code.
How do people save my contact details?
Your card has a “Save contact” button that adds you straight to their phone’s contacts, with your phone, email, website and photo.
Can I update my card after I’ve shared it?
Yes. Use your private edit link — changes show up instantly for everyone, so you never reprint after a new number or job title.
Is my information private?
Your card is public at its link, so only add details you’re happy to share. Your edit key is never stored in plain text — only you can change the card.
What’s the difference between a digital and a virtual business card?
Nothing — they’re two names for the same thing: a business card that lives online and is shared by link, QR code or NFC instead of paper.
