For deliverables we build specifically for you (e.g. your own website), ownership transfers to you upon full payment as set out in your quote, except for any third-party or licensed assets (stock footage, fonts, plugins, etc.), which remain subject to their own licenses.

You agree not to use this Site to: attempt unauthorized access to our systems; upload harmful code; scrape or copy the Site's content for republication; or use the contact form for spam or unrelated solicitation. We may block access for anyone misusing the Site.
