How pricing works

IT support is $75 an hour, CAD plus GST. Most small jobs — a new laptop set up, a printer that won’t connect, a Microsoft 365 account for a new hire — take an hour or two. There’s no contract and no monthly minimum for hourly support.

Already on an Aethely plan? You can add a block of IT hours to your monthly plan so everything is on one invoice.
