Coffee roasted slowly,
brewed with care.
We roast in five-kilo batches out of our Ritchie Market space, sourcing direct from three family farms we've visited ourselves. No burnt house blend, no mystery beans.
We know the farms by name.
Every bag traces back to one of three farms we've visited in person — a family co-op in Huila, a single-estate lot in Yirgacheffe, and a small washing station in Tarrazú we've bought from since we opened.
No blends of unknown origin, no "our supplier says." If you ask where a bag came from, we can actually tell you.

"The only oat latte in the city that doesn't taste burnt. Also they'll tell you exactly which farm your beans came from if you ask."
"Small menu, but everything on it is genuinely good. The cold brew is worth the trip alone."
